Another great weekend of highs, lows, love and laughter, oh and a bit if squash thrown in 🤪 Super proud of our crew once again, always showing determination and resilience against the top junior players in the country.

Well we all know it but it’s nice to see it officially recognised! Congratulations to Lings junior Joseph Underwood on this fabulous recognition of his hard work and commitment. We’re rooting for you Joseph 🥳🤞

Some fantastic performances over the weekend from Lings juniors!

Huge congratulations to Eve and Joseph for their performances over the weekend at the EJC!!

Another year’s British Junior Open squash comes to a close🥵
777 of the best players in the world descend on 5 venues across Brum over 5 days. A first for Joshua and Joseph this year. There are no easy matches or draws at the BJC, they’re all tough! The first round saw Joseph come up against the no.1 seed and overall finalist, Eve against the 3/4 seed 🫣 Harrison and Joseph both lost their firsts then incredibly went on to win all of the rest of their games ensuring that they both came top of the second half of the draws in their respective age groups, an amazing achievement 🥳
A real tough draw for Joshua with none of the British players getting past the 4th round in the U17s boys. A fabulous opportunity to experience playing the best of the best in the world.
Eve, still recovering from the festive lurgy, showed some real grit and determination to push through and keep going despite having v little puff 🤪🥵
Super proud of them all, to have 4 players competing on an international stage from our lil community club is just amazing, thank you all for your support and encouragement 🤗

Lings have a team in every final this year! And all the juniors playing are also from Lings 😎

The Junior ICC teams competing at Market Harborough Squash, Padel Tennis & Racketball Club today were mostly made up of Lings players, and what a day they had 😎
