Fitness Foundation Classes; if you have been personally invited or received a MEMBERSHIP CARD then YOU will be GUARANTEED PRIORITY @Aimsrtr8 Fitness Classes! We welcome you the, member, to start and train at any level grade; from beginners to achieving your individual or team goals. Whether it be Cardio Workouts, Flexibility, Co-Ordination, Sports specific. Or just building Discipline, maintaining Self Esteem, Confidence Health, Fitness and Well Being!
