Try this chair based sequence for your shoulders. The upcoming intermediate class explores ways of using a chair to open your shoulders. Here are the main poses and variations from the class. The use of a chair doesn’t necessarily always give a sequence a more restorative quality. The extra support and stability that it offers can help you pe*****te more deeply into otherwise challenging or inaccessible poses. The additional control that it provides can allow you to more confidently and safety explore the edges of your comfort zone. Weekly Intermediate Class 231 will be released soon.
