Another wonderful day at the worshipful company of Butchers where I was proud to nominate a good friend and colleague into the livery

A really great day

First off was a court meeting with a panel of industry experts to discuss the young butchers scheme

Following on from that a wonderful and insightful evening at the city meat lecture. Great speakers and networking opportunity

Thank you to all that attended, great to see good old and new friends within our fantastic trade

Today i visited Cranswick poultry in eye to conduct 7 watok learners. 2 of which were existing license holders who required bolt on units, 3 new production operatives and 2 new Quality controllers. I love the way the company invest in their QA’s along with production guys 👏👏

Today I had the up most pleasure in handing over Plant, a level 3 apprenticeship certificate with a distinction grade in all 3 areas. What a top lad 👏 pictured on the right is who is due to enrol with me
