I’ve been a little quiet on here of late, certainly doesn’t mean I’ve not been busy. Visits to the wonderful worshipful company of butchers, lots of watok and animal welfare support, abattoir and butchery training.

First off was a court meeting with a panel of industry experts to discuss the young butchers scheme

Following on from that a wonderful and insightful evening at the city meat lecture. Great speakers and networking opportunity
