As someone who doesn't enjoy eating vegetables, I often rely on powdered greens for my intake. However, I was never entirely sure of their benefits, especially since many claim they don't work and that whole vegetables are essential.

However, a recent study found that powdered fruit and vegetable blends significantly improved mice's muscle size, strength, and endurance.

The key? Polyphenols, not just vitamins. These plant compounds boosted mitochondria (energy production) and activated key muscle-building pathways (SIRT1, PGC-1α, PPAR delta, AMPK).

Given the time frame, this is one of the most remarkable transformations I've ever witnessed.

The photos displayed have a mere 10-week gap between them. This can largely be attributed to Maciek's prior training background, which allowed muscle memory to play a significant role.

However, it's important to note his immense dedication cannot be overlooked. He consistently pushed himself to the limit during every workout and diligently adhered to his prescribed macros.

Maciek said this was the most exceptional physique he had ever achieved. While muscle memory certainly played a role, the training regimen and diet plan I devised also contributed significantly, surpassing any previous approaches he had undertaken.

Shout out to my client, colleague and friend AVA Personal Training who recently competed in her first Bikini competition with PCA.

Shortly after my first show in July, she decided to compete, and she put all her trust in me to prepare for it.⁣⁣

As a coach, it's never been a problem to provide an exact plan to get in shape; it always looks good on paper, but following it through isn't so easy.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
It is especially true when someone is preparing to step on stage, which involves taking things to another level. It's one thing getting ready for the beach, but it's a different challenge when you're getting ready for competition.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
As someone who has now competed twice, I know even more about what it takes, and I'm proud to say Andreea ticked every box.⁣⁣

And it doesn't end here because I'm excited to announce that she, alongside myself, will be preparing for our next competition in Kettering on July 30th.⁣⁣

She will continue with my guidance to bring an even better physique next year, and we're both going for the win.

Know this guy? If you train at PureGym Northampton, you've probably seen him doing his thing regularly.

Then again, we see many people in the gym regularly, but it's rare we see anyone transform themselves like this.

People who recognised him had no idea what he was achieving since he spent most of his time in a hoody. He reminds me of Dorian Yates in this respect, putting in the work behind the scenes and then revealing the masterpiece.

Ultimately, Sanju's transformation provides an excellent example of applying self-discipline to an effective workout routine and diet.
