โข Hops + jumps for explosiveness
โข Single leg + multi plane work
If youโre ticking off those 3 categories you probably wonโt be going far wrong ๐

A few mins daily mobility can be great for you both on and off the course and really complement your strength + power training too ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ
Especially important if youโre someone who spends large chunks of your week sat behind a desk ๐
