With many kids’ sports clubs taking a break and normal routines going out the window, now is the perfect time to create a new, healthy summer routine for the whole family.

As children’s screen time continues to rise, let’s be the change. Instead of more hours indoors, let’s get outside, get moving, and make memories together.
