Regular spray treatments can be an important part of bowling green maintenance, helping keep the turf healthy, consistent and able to cope with regular play.

That’s why we provide monthly spray treatments for many of our bowling green customers because it:

We brought out the Koro machine for this end of season cricket renovation 🏏

The first step is all about stripping off the upper layer of turf and thatch. This helps ensure we are working with a completely clean soil bed underneath 🌱

The next steps is overseeding the square for new grass growth.

Followed by top dressing, adding new soil and nutrients to the cricket square to help create an even surface and improve seed to soil contact. 👏

Feeding the grass seed is an important step to help root growth and establishment.

Finally we use our drag mat to help create an even surface by levelling out any bumps. We can’t wait to see the finished results of this one 👏🌱🏏
