💪AMAZING STRENGTH💪

Couldn't be prouder of Aurelia!

In 6 months, Aurelia has continued to get stronger and stronger. Last week, she smashed 100kg deadlift with perfect form! It is also worth noting that Aurelia's bodyweight is 48kg! That means she is deadlifting double her own bodyweight!

Not only that but she has also gained 2.5cm muscle around her arms.

Fitness test is coming soon so keep your eye out for more incredible results.

💪 Well done Paul! 💪

Paul came to me 5 weeks ago asking to help improve his strength, rehab several big injuries and help with his fat loss. It is worth noting that Paul has a fused ankle and heavily arthritic shoulder.

Within 4 sessions of training, Paul has just deadlifted 100kg!

There is plenty more to come from Paul, very proud of you!

Theo unfortunately sprained his ankle 4 weeks ago, preventing him from doing his usual 3 PT sessions a week with me.

Luckily thanks to everything he has learnt about nutrition he has not gained a single gram of weight since getting injured.

Nutrition is everything people.
