Northfield Little League

⚽️ PLAYERS WANTED ⚽️

We are currently looking for lads going into Year 6 at school this September to play in our Little League, and lads in Years 4 & 5 at school to play in our Mini League.

We are an inclusive space for lads of all ability, regardless of past playing experience. All of our matches and sessions are held on a Saturday morning at Northfield Park (Victoria Common). We’re looking for anyone who is interested in joining and most importantly having fun and learning how to play!

Last Friday one of our coaches and volunteers, Adam, ran an Ultramarathon in order to raise money for Northfield Little League.

Adam managed to run 100km (62 miles), from Meriden to Lechlade. In doing so has raised over £300 for the league.

Northfield Little League relies on donations in order to buy materials to line the pitch, new kit, footballs, and also organising the end of year presentation nights. Thank you to all of those who have donated, and shared. The Just Giving page is still open and would appreciate anymore support through this to sustain the league and celebrate Adam’s tired legs!

🚨FUNDRAISER🚨

This Friday, one of our coaches and volunteers (Adam) will be attempting a 36-hour Ultramarathon and aiming to run 100-miles in the process.

Adam is doing so as a fundraiser for Northfield Little League - as many of you know we are a charity and rely on donations and the kindness of others to sustain the league.

Thank you so much to everyone who has donated and shared so far - the money will be used towards key equipment to maintain the Mini League pitch, match day equipment for all games, funding towards kits and trophies at the end of the year.

If anyone can continue to share and spread the word Northfield Little League would be greatly appreciative!

We are currently on the look out for lads in school years 4 & 5 to join our Mini League - developing their football and social skills.

All training and matches take place at Victoria Common, Northfield Park, every Saturday. 09:45am - 11:00am.

🚨 FUNDRAISER 🚨

In June, Adam (Coach and Volunteer) will be running Escape from Meridan Ultramarathon. This is a 36 hour Ultramarathon in which Adam plans to run 100 Miles from Coventry to Stonehenge.

This will be used a fundraiser for Northfield Little League. As a Non-Profitable Charity the league relies on donations and fundraisers to ensure it can sustain itself and be a vital part of the community for all those involved.

We'd appreciate it if this could shared far and wide, as any donation is a massive to support to us as a league.
