Three years ago David completed our Starting Strongman 8 week programme having never done anything like it before.

He continued on to Online Coaching and continued to develop his skills, building knowledge and ultimately becoming a better athlete.

He’s had a few podium finishes at local comps in that time.

And last weekend he took 1st place at Northumberland & The Borders Strongest Master 🏆

No quick fixes here.

Just consistently showing up and applying himself.

Angela and Karen have been friends for years, completed Athena and have continued training together ever since.

They show up for each other, keep each other accountable, get stronger — and apparently spend a fair amount of the session laughing too 😂
