Zumba With Dianne

Can dancing make you a better person? Study suggests link between ballet and sensitivity to others. A study suggests that dancers may be more empathetic than the rest of us, with intriguing possibilities for dance lessons as sensitivity training.

As we are doing a demo and Latin workshop with Damian on Sunday afternoon (11 September) at Stockfest, Stockley Farm, I have decided to cancel Zumba on Sunday and start back on Sunday 18 September. Please let me know if you can join us on Sunday at Stockfest so that I can organise wrist bands for you. It will be a fun afternoon for all the family. Cafe con Leche will be playing two sets and our demo/Latin workshop will be in the middle of their sets. The bands first set will start at 3.15 p.m. Dianne :-))

Sunday 11th September, 3.15pm to 5.00pm, at StockFest, Ithere will be a Latin Dance Workshop and live music session.
Damian and I will be teaching the dance workshop and Damian's band (Cafe con Leche) will be playing a selection of Cuban music.
Come down and join in, bring the kids, it looks lke a great event for the whole family.

Just a reminder that Zumba is on this Sunday, 31 July, but then we're going to take a summer break until 11 September. My Zumba class at Lostock Club will still be on Wednesdays 7.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. I hope you can make it. Dianne, xx

Wow! What a party! What a great way to celebrate 30 years of teaching with my students and salsa friends. A massive thank you to Yanet Fuentes, Tamba, Javier La Rosa, Abu and Cafe Con Leche for bringing Latin flavours to Middlewich and partying with us until dawn!! I would like to thank everyone for coming and making it such a memorable occasion. I couldn't have done it without a great team, who helped make the event a success, a big thank you to all of you. I'm blown away by all the fantastic feedback and I look forward to organising the next one! Dianne. :-))
