We did our 1st run of 2nd week of couch 2 5k.

Thanks ladies for joining in.

Phew it's a hot one and it's going to get hotter. So please stay hydrated when exercising.

Monday we start
Run 1, week 2,couch 2 5k.

This time it's 90 seconds run, 2 minute recovery.6 times.

If you want to start, then come and join me and other amazing ladies. We all have our reasons for starting it.

8.30pm Hunts Lock car park.
Dm if your coming.
There's room on the paths for more runners.

Set your kit up so it's all ready for tomorrow night.

Time to celebrate all the active super seniors who attend my Friday
Keep fit and Strong class.
We practice .Use a variety of equipment.
Balls,Bands. Being active from a younger age keeps you active in older ageing. Prevents fall, muscle loss, improves balance and co-ordination.

Most importantly brings people together,,reduces loneliness and improves Mental Wellbeing.

World Cup starts tonight.
The build up to the match is long.
