FREE BIKE REPAIRS 🔧

This Sunday, we are running a FREE Dr Bike event in Eaton Park in Norwich.

Date - Sunday 2nd August
Time - 10.30am-2.30pm
Where - Eaton Park (bandstand), Norwich
Cost - FREE

We will be offering FREE bike safety checks and any minor repairs needed to get the bike working safely again.

There is no need to book, simply come along to the bandstand in Eaton Park between 10.30am-2.30pm with your bike and one of our friendly mechanics will have a look at it for you.

Thanks to the support of Cycling UK for helping us put on this FREE event and to Norwich City Council for allowing us to host it in Eaton Park.

These evening was the final session of our latest Learn to Ride courses for Adults. 🚴‍♂️

By the end of the session almost all of the riders were cycling around confidently. With a bit more practice everybody will be riding 👍

We hope that by teaching more adults to ride a bike (1 in 8 adults can’t ride a bike) we can help them to; be more physically active improve their wellbeing reduce traffic on the road, reduce pollution etc etc.

⚠ Last few spaces left on our FREE adult cycling course ⚠

Wish you had the confidence to cycle on modern roads? But are you a bit nervous to give it a try? Well don't worry because we can help!

This summer, we have teamed up with Green Light Cycling and Cycling UK to run an exciting programme of FREE cycling activities in Norwich. These include our popular Adult Ride on Road courses.

The course comprises of 2 x 1.5 hour sessions and is suitable for adults aged 16 years+. Our instructors will give you the knowledge and skills required to ride confidently on modern roads.

And best of all, because the course is part of Cycling UK's they are completely FREE to you!

Our next Ride on Road course is taking place on:
Thursday 9th and 16th July (6.30-8.00pm) @ Eaton Park, Norwich
Participants will need a bike in good working order, and we also recommend wearing a helmet.

FREE Bikeability Courses🚦

We are really excited to announce that we will be running some Bikeability courses across the county during the Summer Holidays.

We have teamed up with Active Norfolk & Norfolk County Council to offer the courses as part of the programme.

We are offering the following courses;

- Bikeability Level 1 & 2
- Bikeability Level 3 & Fix

We are running both courses in Norwich, Thetford and Gorleston.

There are FREE places available for children who are eligible for free school meals plus heavily subsidised places for children who aren't eligible.

Don't worry if you child hasn't got a bike or helmet as we can lend them either item. All children will receive a healthy lunch each day.
