I'm so happy to say that I am now part of the team at Nuffield Health and Fitness in Norwich as a Health and Wellbeing Personal Trainer! You can find me here teaching classes and personal training from now on! Super excited to get started and can't wait to meet some lovely people💚🖤

C O R E 💙

Our core is something that we need in every day movements. They also aid us in big movements such as squats and deadlifts!

Here are 4 easy exercises to try in you next abs workout! Let me know how you find them!

1. Bicycle kicks holding a weight - bring your shoulders off the floor in order to get the tension in your core!

2. Alternating toe taps - opposite arm to the opposite foot to feel it most!

3. Leg raises - keep your legs and core tight, bring your legs up and then back down to where you can control it. Keep it a slow movement to get the most out of it!

4. Plank -if needs be, pop yourself down onto your knees instead of your feet! Keep you hips down and tucked under.

I recommend doing each exercise for 40 seconds, one after the other. Rest, and then do once more!

Bit late to the new years post but that doesn't matter!!

2021 was a crazy year! So much happened that has changed me into a more confident and happy person! Teaching a class before working at Pure Gym was probably one of my worst nightmares, standing in front of people talking was a huge fear of mine. After being forced out of my comfort zone due to the area of work that I am in, I completed my first of many classes, (did not go the best!) and I loved every minute of it! Now it is a happy space of mine and I feel most comfortable teaching!

I've met some incredible people through classes and through my PT business and it has honestly been amazing🤍

The clients that I have picked up along the way are the biggest sweethearts and it is so rewarding to see them grow in confidence and enjoy training.

Thank you to everyone that made last year so incredible🤍

Onto 2022, where I am looking forward to everything that I have coming my way!

One of my goals is to be more active on this page and upload more. If anyone has anything they would like to see from my page please let me know!!

'Hi! I'm Jade
I have always enjoyed being a part of sport and fitness and have found that over the years, my love for it has only grown.
I am here to help, whether you are just starting out or you already have experience. I understand how daunting it can be to walk into a gym and my aim is to make everyone feel confident enough to complete their training to the best of their ability!
Finding motivation to workout can be one of the hardest things about training which is why we will work together to ensure that training sessions are fun and enjoyable so that you never have to dread coming to training again! Please don’t be afraid to approach me in the gym for a chat! I will always be willing to help in any way possible. I also offer a free 30-minute consultation to talk about you and your goals and how we could achieve them together!'

G R O U P S E S S I O N S 🏋️‍♀️

Super excited to be starting this! I will be starting group PT sessions for between 4-8 people! (Up to 4 on the gym floor, up to 8 in a class based session!)

You can come with friends or come along on your own and I will match your ability and goals to other people and make the best group for you! It is a great opportunity for you to make new friends while trying new things in and around the gym!

Any abilities are welcome and it will be an opportunity for you to maximise the amount you get from your training😊

This last year has been tough for us all and it would be great to find some new friends and get socialising while training!!

The main goal is to ensure that everyone has fun and meets new people!!

I absolutely love teaching you guys! These classes have bought out a more confident side of me I never thought I'd see😊

The people coming to my classes are such a lovely group, it makes teaching so much easier and so much more natural!

Also, the progress being made by you guys coming back every week is unmatched, you're all smashing it! So proud of you all and I can't wait to see you all progress even more!
