Regardless of my emotions, I find solace in the consistency of my training routine. When I'm sad, it serves as an outlet for my emotions, allowing me to release stress and clear my mind. On the other hand, when I'm happy, training becomes a source of joy and fulfillment, as I push myself to achieve new goals and surpass my limits.
