This is Skandasana (Side Lunge Pose) and this pose is one of my all-time favourites! 🌞 It helps to stretch the hips and hamstrings, and it also strengthens the core ✨

🪐 Yang to Yin Yoga zoom class Thursday evening! 🪐
The first half of the class will be a vinyasa flow to build up some heat and energy 🌞 In the second half we will hold seated postures to relax and wind down completely 🌙

New weekly zoom timetable 💫
Tuesday's 6-7 PM - a gentle hatha yoga class, suitable for all levels
Thursday's 6-7 PM - a yang to yin yoga class, suitable for all levels
Saturday's 10-11 AM - a dynamic vinyasa flow class, suitable for all levels but not for complete beginners
Each class is £6.00, please message me if you would like to book in for any of these classes 😊

Butterfly pose (Baddha Konasana) is a great pose to stretch out the inner thighs, the groin and the knees 🌞
It's definitely a pose I practise consistently 😊🌱
