Zumba® Gold is perfect for people who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.

The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba®choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.
First session of Zumba Gold starts at 2.15 this afternoon at the Sanctuary.

Regular zumba is also today from 7-8 at the Sanctuary.

All age zumba workout sessions starting on Thursday the 1st of June at the Sanctuary.
