This is George on 12 weeks.
This is a 12 week set up done based on what he's looking to achieve.
He kept to a clean diet during his working week and blowing off steam at the weekends.
Also, he kept up with his training consistently throughout the 12 weeks planning and workout schedule set.
I'm really proud of how far he's came. Prior to this, the gym was a place you would last find him in.

Here, we have Maggie on her weight loss journey.
Losing weight and body fat has given her more confidence in herself and her appearance.
More importantly, it changed Maggies life around, and she wishes to continue the process as part of a lifestyle.
This was accomplished by following my online coaching. Nothing to strict, just being more active and changing some lifestyle habits but still enjoying the treats and naughty things in life.

Progress check.
This is Jacqueline's Progress so far, 6 weeks in, she has trained with me in a total of 8 weeks so far and yet to continue.
I rarely have the clients in weight loss or transmissions as I tend to do more strength and conditioning or rehabilitation work.
It's nice to have a change and post something different.

Couldn't be more proud of this, lad.
For competing in his first ever powerlifting event at the age of 16.
He did such a great job, keeping it simple and using this as a huge learning curve to build experience for future competitions.
Powerlifting is not my strength in coaching, but I'm vastly getting a taste for it, and I hope to progress a lot further in the sport
