🥊 MAY FOCUS: The Power of "Mad Khiang Khwai" or "Overhand Punch"
In Thai, "Mad" (หมัด) means punch, and "Khiang Khwai" (เขี้ยงควาย) refers to the powerful, wide arc of a water buffalo's horns.
💥 The Technique: Unlike a standard hook, this is a long-range, swinging overhand punch delivered with massive centrifugal force.
🐃 The Symbolism: In Thai culture, the water buffalo represents immense strength and resilience. This punch mimics that raw, unstoppable power.

Connection is where the progress sticks.
After the physical work is done, we sit. We reflect on the challenge, share the struggle, and listen to each other. This isn't just a break—it’s how we become more empathetic teammates and sharper, more intentional learners.
