I’ve been training my client from since early last year and he’s come a long way! We’ve had a few setbacks and missed quite a few months throughout the year but he never gave up!
Not only has his physical appearance changed but he’s also dramatically improved his strength too. And did I mention he’s 46!?

Super proud of this guy!

Thankful for another year. I’m starting to feel twinges in my hip and back 😭

Just wanna say a huge thank you for everyone rocking with me this year. Appreciate all my clients, and people who watch my videos and everyone who supports me silently and publicly.

Hopefully this my best year year. God willing!

WALKING/STEPS

The worlds most underrated cardio. Sometimes we over complicate working out when it could be as simple as just going for a daily 30 min walk or hitting a daily target of 10k steps.

If your goal is fat loss, then I STRONGLY encourage you to incorporate walking into your daily routine.

By walking 30 mins 5x a week, you’ll probably burn anywhere between 500 - 1000 calories a week which adds up massively in the long run. If you walk for an hour then that’s probably almost 2000 calories a week🤷🏿‍♂️

There are also other benefits like it increases your energy levels, reduces stress, strengthens your legs and a lot more.

So if you’re thinking of going for a walk in the beautiful weather ☀️😍. Go for it!

Booked in with my chiropractic over the weekend. Recovery is important and it comes in many forms. Rest, massages, stretches etc. Look after your body ✌🏿

Second month of the year 2022 guys. I’ve looked back on January this morning and thought what could I have done better. I came up with a lot 😂😅 However I didn’t put myself down for it, I just acknowledged it and made a plan for moving forward 💪🏿
