58YO Noone. 220kg? Spinal Fusion. Road back to 600lbs training in my private gym in Norwich.

182.5kg x3 at 58 years old. Didn’t pick up the first rep so took a complete new attempt and got three reps normally. Spinal fusion in my back, no excuses in my head. Training in a private gym in Norwich. One more week of this block, then we see what’s next.

480LB deadlift at 58 years old.
3x5 sets in the logbook.
Road to 600LB is on.
