What can I say... This man is so inspiring. They say you can't teach an old dog new tricks, well... This man at 52 competed and held his own against people my age! We smashed everything we could to be ready for this show. So wholesomely proud of you it takes huge balls to step on stage and you done it with so much grace. Even if you are waiting on a hip operation! 🤯

With show fast approaching just 12 days away!! I'd say we're right on que. We haven't used any extensive "shredding tactics" or sever training protocols. We've just given ourselves enough time and some thorough consistency. The mans hip is basically falling off why stress the body with anything else. We're literally going to walk you onto that stage bro, not drag you. 👊

WOW... Just wow. What can i say, this guy didn't even start at 100mph like it seem, and no this is not all body fat reduction. This is what food intolerances can do to you. If you feel a certain food that just doesn't quite sit right with you, don't force yourself to have it, regardless of how "nutritious" you think it may be. There's hundreds of other food sources for nutrition available.

I couldn't be more proud of a client transformation.
No one sees her 12 hour days, after a 6:30am gym work out 3 X a week. You will all witness the end results. Just know it came from a place of pure drive, determination and discipline. 👊
