Eternal Yoga
Eternal Yoga Runs traditional classes of Hatha yoga, with elements of Laya and Kundalini. Itβs a very meditative style, suited to complete beginners.
Our students are primarily focussed in self-development, that's to say, they want to improve themselves. We teach a very old form of yoga, yet present it in a very modern way. Yoga is practised in a more meditative way, holding positions for longer than is common, with our eyes closed. We also like to keep Yoga alive during the whole week, rather than just during classes, and give our students way
