Eternal Yoga

Eternal Yoga Runs traditional classes of Hatha yoga, with elements of Laya and Kundalini. It’s a very meditative style, suited to complete beginners.

Our students are primarily focussed in self-development, that's to say, they want to improve themselves. We teach a very old form of yoga, yet present it in a very modern way. Yoga is practised in a more meditative way, holding positions for longer than is common, with our eyes closed.
