Fitness is more fun with friends! That’s why at Circular Fitness classes (both junior and adult) we always work in teams to help motivate us to work harder and cheer each other on!

Do your children have some leftover energy on a Friday afternoon?
Our Junior Circular Fitness class runs from 5:15-6:00pm on Fridays The Dojo Norwich so is the perfect chance to burn that excess energy off!
Every 12 weeks we have a new routine release at Circular Fitness (for both adults and juniors) to keep things fresh and avoid plateaus!
Sometimes the new routine offers a wholly new set of exercises. Sometimes is brings back some old favourites!
This is what happened with Russian Twists which made a reappearance after 9 months! Everyone loves the challenge of these repeat exercises!

It’s ‘testing week’ this week at Adult Circular Fitness!
Every four weeks we test our key exercises by multiplying our weight lifted by number of reps to get a score! Tracking your progress is a fantastic way to ensure you keep pushing your fitness to the next level!
While some members like to buddy up and get competitive with each other, all that really matters is that you beat your own score week on week!
Come along on Tuesday evenings from 7:30-8:30pm and see how well you can score!
It is recommended that children engage in exercises to strengthen their muscles and bones, here at Junior Circular Fitness we make sure all our exercises combine this with fun to make for engaging sessions!
Here the juniors are engaging with some block passes (to test core strength, balance and coordination) and Z-presses (to test shoulder strength and encourage good posture)!

Have you got the power?
Come along Tuesday or Friday this week to develop your muscular power at Circular Fitness.
We have dead bugs, curtsy lunges and floor pressing lined up alongside our usual four exercises this week!

Fitness should be fun, that’s why we always pair up at Circular Fitness to support and encourage each other through the circuit. It always means we’re learning the new exercises together and can help watch each other’s technique!

How's your endurance?
Its endurance week at Circular Fitness next week, so some of our exercises are there to push your muscular endurance.
Superheroes will work the lower back, 'pull-aparts' will work the rear deltoids and rhomboids, wall sits will work the quads, glutes and hamstrings! Come along and build that muscular endurance with us!

Its the first week of new routine release today and this week is all about strength!
Come along this week to try some constant tension sit ups, plank rows and Cossack Squats to develop your unilateral and core strength!
See you all on Tuesday 7:30-8:30 (adults) or Friday 5:15-6:00pm (juniors)!

It’s our final week of our current routine this week! The Circular Fitness members will be hard at work tonight and Friday getting those top scores in before new routine release!

It’s power week at Circular Fitness! 💪🏼
If strength week is how heavy you can do an exercise, and endurance week is how many reps of an exercise you can do, power week is how quickly you can do the rep!
Put your power to the test with some dumbbell snatches, plyometric squats and thrusters this week!
