Activ4LIFE - Fitness & Weight Management Classes in Norfolk Wellbeing, exercise and weight management classes in Norwich and surrounding area's with Julie Atthowe You control the level you work at.

My classes offer Fitness fat burning sessions with the option for weight management and nutritional advice if required. I am fully qualified to teach exercise and have received nutritional training. I want to show you that Fitness really can be fun no matter what your fitness level is. My classes are designed for ages 18+ and are all multi level.

Good afternoon,

With the temperature already 30 degrees plus and forecast to continue to rise this afternoon, I have taken the decision to close class at CNS this evening.

This is due to lack of ventilation at the venue and health and safety concerns.

Everyone that usually attends this class has also been sent an email, but feel free to share the information.

Just wanted to update you all regarding the closure of Allen’s Lane, off North Walsham Road. Having just driven passed, it’s NOT closed 🤦‍♀️

Good morning,

Class at Roxley Hall will go ahead as usual this morning. Roxley Hall have air conditioning and I have confirmed with the caretaker that access is available and it is working!

Class this evening and both classes tomorrow will be closed.

This is due to temperatures expected to reach 30 degrees and potentially higher over the coming days. The Met Office have a Amber warning of extreme heat and the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) have issued a rare Heat Health Alert from Wednesday.

Unfortunately there is simply no way of cooling the rooms we use to a safe temperature to exercise.

Your health and safety take priority over anything else.

Take care, keep hydrated and stay cool where possible.

Hi everyone,

Class this evening at The Chapel will be running as usual. Tuesday morning at Roxley Hall will go ahead as usual (air con at the venue). I will then make a decision regarding classes for Tuesday evening and both classes on Wednesday.

Please ensure you bring plenty of hydration to classes (bring two bottles). We will be taking regular breaks and activity can be restricted as required.

Hi everyone, hope you’re having a great day!

Just a heads up for classes in Sprowston - the road leading to Tesco, Blue Boar Lane, is currently closed (as I discovered this morning 🤦‍♀️) and to add to that, there are temporary traffic lights a little further down the road (opposite Blue Boar pub) which is compounding the situation!

Please allow extra time if heading that way or use an alternate route!
