Badminton England have organised a “Foundation Course” in Norwich on Saturday 4th & Sunday 5th of December 2021 at City Academy Bluebell Road Norwich (9am - 5pm both days).

Tournament details 🏸

With the disruptions to squads and competitive play we have experienced over the past 18 months, we feel it is very important for players to resume competitive play as soon as possible. With this in mind and to also allow players who will be moving out of the U16 age group in September we felt it was only fair to play an U16 Restricted Championship Tournament for the season 2020 / 2021. The 2020/2021 U16 Restricted will be played on Saturday 21st August 2021, please find attached an entry form.

Please do feel free to pass this entry form on to any players you feel may wish to enter.

It is intended that an U16 Restricted tournament will be played for the 2021 / 2022 Season during October 2021.

Following the Prime Minister’s announcement on the further easing of restrictions we are excited about another step closer to the return of badminton as we know and love it 🏸

We’re continuing to work with DCMS on what it means for badminton and will provide updated guidance as soon as we have confirmation of details.

All Junior & Senior Badminton sessions are cancelled this week (week commencing 7th of June) as unbeknown to the club the sports hall is being used for exams.
