It been another fabulous 2 weeks!
Highlights include:

💫 40 min parkrun PB (Nordic walking) and special shoutout to who completed the course in 44 mins with a baby on board! 👶🏼
💫 Start of the current mum and baby Nordic walking physio course! 👶🏼
💫 Some fab 1:1 sessions and exploring beautiful routes!
💫 Hosting another sling walk with - who is amazing and carries her 2 and a half year old! 👏🏼

Highlights:
⭐ A great turnout for our Nordic walking at Mulbarton
⭐ Our gardens finally got some rain! It was quite refreshing to walk in initially but by the end of my second walking group I was thoroughly drenched!
⭐ 2 SOLD out small group sessions this week 🥹 thank you!

⭐ My brother hosted a charity ball to raise money for the Saturday evening 💃

Just had a baby… and not sure how to safely get back to exercise? 🤍

I’m Annie, a pelvic health physio (with a passion for Nordic walking), and I’ve created a 4-week postnatal Nordic walking course designed to help you return to exercise safely and confidently.
Before starting, every mum is screened so you’ll get personalised advice, guidance and support throughout each session - at your pace, for your body.
We’ll walk, move and rebuild strength together outdoors 🌿 With your baby by your side and other mums.
By the end of the course, you’ll feel stronger, more confident and enjoy exercise again! 💛

The month of bluebells 💜 It’s been a very lovely 2 weeks with some gorgeous sunny walks! The postnatal course came to an end this week (I’ll miss you!) but hoping to see you at the group walks 😍 (next postnatal course starting next week!) Being able to enjoy the light evenings on our Monday nights has been pure joy (come along if you want a good strong power walk!). And finally Bank holiday spent exploring Surrey hills and a delicious 10/10 roast 😋 Roll on May! 🌷

Fortnight roundup!
Forgot to post a roundup last week so here’s some highlights over the past 2 weeks!
- Myself and hosted a Nordic walking and Line dancing social!
- We had a lovely coffee morning at and I got to explore for the first time!
- I was invited to talk at a women’s institute monthly meeting up
- we had lots of sunny walks 🌞
- still eating Easter chocolate 😋
