Huge good luck to two of our members taking on the brutal Welsh 3000s (aka the 15 Peaks) this Saturday! They’ll be starting their stopwatch at 3:00 AM, pushing themselves to the absolute limit across 3 mountain ranges to summit all of Eryri’s (Snowdonia’s) 3,000 ft peaks in under 24 hours.

A few amazing facts about the Welsh 3000s:
    •    The Distance: They’ll be covering roughly 30 miles entirely on foot
    •    The Elevation: Over 4000m of gruelling total ascent
    •    The Scrambles: Includes traversing the knife-edge ridge of Crib Goch
    •    The Variety: Spans 3 distinct mountain ranges—the Snowdon Massif, Glyderau, and Carneddau
    •    The Grind: Britain’s toughest 24-hour challenge, making the Three Peaks look like a warmup

🏃‍♂️ Couch to 5K Starts 22nd June at The WellBeing Hub! 🏃‍♀️

We’re excited to launch our brand-new Couch to 5K Club, following the proven NHS Couch to 5K programme to help you build fitness, confidence and consistency at your own pace. Whether you’re a complete beginner, returning to exercise after a break, or simply looking for a supportive group to run with, this is for you.

Our goal isn’t just to help you reach 5K it’s to build a community where we encourage, motivate and support each other every step of the way. No matter your current fitness level, everyone is welcome and we’ll tackle the journey together.

If you’re not currently a member, don’t worry! Come along and use your free trial on the Monday or any of the other scheduled sessions to see what it’s all about.

Please arrive 5 minutes before the start time so we can complete a proper warm-up together and get everyone ready to move safely. We can’t wait to see you there and help you take your first steps towards 5K alongside an amazing group of people. 💙

A huge congratulations to Tom for being our May Member of the Month! 👏

Tom consistently attends the gym 4-5 times every week, following the programme designed by our instructors with incredible commitment and discipline. Over the last 3 months, he has shown outstanding dedication, confidence, and determination, giving 110% effort in every single session without fail.

His hard work has truly paid off, and the results speak for themselves! 💪

Not only is Tom a fantastic member when it comes to training, but he’s also a genuinely lovely guy who always brings positive energy to the gym. He’s a regular at our Armageddon class every Friday night and never fails to put a smile on people’s faces.

We're a community-focused wellbeing space with a friendly and supportive membership base, offering a quieter and more personal environment than many larger facilities.

We're interested in speaking with instructors who:

✅ Deliver engaging and inclusive sessions
✅ Are passionate about helping people improve their physical and mental wellbeing
✅ Want to grow their own classes and client base
