or
£40 per phase (Postseason, Offseason, Preseason or Competition)
From next week I'll be charging £40 per month and including an hour of time for us to check in and customise the plan
If you'd like to lock in the previous offer, get in touch before Thursday 9th

What if you could have:
- More strength & better cardio
- Fewer injuries
- Better acceleration, agility & ability to jump
- Improved body composition and better mood & energy levels
2-4 gym sessions per week is all you need if you plan it right
Stop training single body parts 5-6 times a week and focus on full body, compound movements that prioritise speed, power & strength
If your main goal with training is to pose half naked on a stage then keep your bodybuilding split... but if you want to look, feel and perform better then train like an athlete
I still have 4 slots left on my new strength training for basketball programme so if you want me to take care of your gym routine, get in touch!

What a mega long weekend in Warsaw

Stop quitting before you’ve even started because the conditions aren’t perfect.
Half an hour might not sound like much but if you’re consistent and efficient (not scrolling through social media in between all your sets) those 30 minute workouts will add up over a few months, a year, or beyond. If you stick to it for 5 years then you’re suddenly looking like one of the fittest people walking around but not having a full hour usually shuts most people down before they even start.
It’s not uncommon for me to squeeze a workout in less than an hour but training should be like brushing your teeth. You don’t need the perfect conditions, you make time for it and you get it done because you know you have to.

That could be huge when you consider that something is 100% better than nothing!

It all makes up who you are and affects your life.
-
People will listen to strictly depressing music and only watch the news but wonder why they’re so sad.
-
People will hang around strictly negative people but wonder why nothing seems like it’s going right.
-
People will sit around and watch Netflix all day but wonder why nothing is happening for them.
-
I've been quiet on all of my socials for the last month. Mostly out of curiosity to what it would do for my mental health.
-
The major things I noticed?
-
1️⃣ I was able to stay present and focus a lot more clearly on what was in front of me.
-
2️⃣ I had so much more time to invest into being productive or just enjoying some downtime.
-
3️⃣ My mental health and overall mood massively. This could also have something to do with following Dom Hills PT - Personal Trainer and Nutritionist advice on Vitamin K - definitely worth looking at by the way!
-
4️⃣ My sleep improved massively. This meant I could both train and recover better from resistance and basketball training.
-
Almost everyone understands the consequences of their food choices.
-
Your overall consumption matters too!
-
Make sure everything is working FOR you, not against you this week!

The question isn’t whether or not you’ll stay motivated.
-
Because you won’t.
-
Not because you don’t want to.
-
But because it’s impossible to stay motivated for anything (regardless of how much you want it).
-
In the same way it’s unrealistic to expect to be happy all day, every day... it’s equally unrealistic to expect to be motivated all day, every day.
-
Motivation is a feeling.
-
An emotion.
-
The more you search for it and try to find it, the more it will evade you.
-
You might have moments in which you think you finally trapped it.
-
But just like trapping water in your cupped hands... motivation will slip between the cracks in your fingers until, once again, your hands are empty.
-
The question isn’t whether or not you’ll stay motivated.
-
The question is whether or not you’ll do what you say you want to do regardless of whether or not you’re motivated.
-
That’s not a feeling or emotion.
-
That’s you staying honest to yourself and keeping to your word.
-
You will not stay forever motivated to do everything you want.
-
None of us will.
-
But the difference between those who succeed and those who don’t lies in who is willing to put in the work when nobody is watching.
-
Who is willing to make the harder decision that will make you proud rather than the easier decision that will make you comfortable.
-
So stop looking for motivation.
-
Start asking yourself if you’re ready to commit to doing what you say you want to do regardless of whether or not you’re motivated.
-
Because when you can truthfully agree to doing that.. you will start succeeding.
-
Now.
-
Let’s crack on with 2020, shall we?

💥YOU CAN EAT WHATEVER YOU WANT💥
-
.. so long as your calories are in check.
-
I know your local gym bro told you that any food eaten after 8pm gets instantly turned into fat but they're dead wrong.
-
Eat whenever you want as long as your calories are in check.
-
Got it?
-
Good.
