📢 Clear Round Evenings at Easton College are back! 📢
With multiple dates available right through to December, there’s plenty of opportunity to join us for a relaxed and friendly evening of show jumping.

✅ Classes from 40cm Cross Poles to 1.00m
✅ Suitable for a wide range of horse and rider combinations
✅ Perfect for gaining confidence, training, or enjoying a fun evening out
✅ Some evenings are organised and run by our students, so come along and show your support while helping them gain valuable event management experience!
✅ Matt Smith Photography will be our photographer through these events!

A great ride out in the fields for Amelia and Maggie, and Liliana and Una! 🌿🐴

Earlier this week, as part of our horses’ tailored training programmes at Easton College Equestrian Centre, the girls took Maggie and Una through a fitness session out in the fields, working through all three paces to help build strength, fitness and confidence.

Every horse at Easton follows an individual training plan designed to support their wellbeing and development, combining schooling, fitness work, hacking, groundwork as well as their sessions with students.

We’re especially proud of Una and Maggie, our rescues, who were backed just six months ago and are now thriving as valued members of the team. From groundwork to ridden work and stable management sessions, they’ve embraced every challenge and continue to go from strength to strength. 💙

Safe to say, everyone had a great time cantering up that hill!

✨ A day out to remember ✨

Our Year 2 students recently enjoyed a fantastic day at Great Yarmouth Racecourse, gaining exclusive behind-the-scenes insight into the racing industry and discovering the diverse range of careers available within the sector.

Hearing directly from industry professionals gave students valuable real-world knowledge, helping to enhance their studies and inspire future career pathways.

A huge thank you to Racing to School for continuing to provide such incredible opportunities. From race days and trainer visits to Tattersalls sales and equine specialist hospitals, these experiences give students a deeper understanding of the equine and racing industries while showcasing the many exciting career routes available.

These opportunities are invaluable in helping our students broaden their horizons, build industry connections and explore where their passion for horses could take them. 🏇📚

⭐ Student Success Spotlight⭐

We’re proud to give a shout out to former Easton College student Ruby, who completed her Level 3 Extended Diploma in Equine Management with us last year.

During her time at college, Ruby took advantage of fantastic industry opportunities, including helping with stabling at the Royal Norfolk Show, allowing her to build valuable connections and expand her professional network.

Now working freelance, Ruby is booking exciting opportunities across the industry, including working alongside Burghley Horse Trials’ Stable Manager, a connection that grew from her experiences at college. With a passion for eventing, she also worked as a freelance groom for a 4* event rider while studying.

Ruby has some exciting shows on the horizon, and we can’t wait to see where her equestrian career takes her next. Well done, Ruby! 👏🐴

This girl is everything you want in a member of your team — loyal, fast, conscientious, knowledgeable, reliable and properly hardworking.

She doesn’t stand around waiting to be told what to do. She sees a job and gets on with it, knows the horses, notices the little things and genuinely cares about them. ❤️

And anyone who works with 40 horses knows just how valuable that is!

Sam, you’re an absolute superstar and we appreciate you more than you probably realise. 🥰

🌧️ Finally some rain! Hopefully, the ground condition will improve soon! Until then, why not take advantage of the 20x60m arena set up in our indoor school?
Perfect to work on a test (we do have a sound system if you are looking to practice your freestyle!), bring a horse back into work or gain some experience away from home!
