Yoga is back today 1:30-2:30pm at Breckland Hall Costessey

Happy New Year to all students, old & new!
So I've been teaching for ten years this year! I want to thank you all for your support throughout this time. ❤️

I have made the sad decision to cancel my Wednesday evening class at Queen's Hills.

Wednesdays at Breckland Hall Costessey will still run 13:30-14:30pm.

I will be in touch if I decide to restart any evening classes in the future.
