GoodGym Norwich Join our amazing group of volunteers who walk, run or cycle to get fit by doing good for local community projects and older peope in Norwich.

Every week in Norwich we work out by helping local community projects, and run back all within 90 minutes. Turn up for our weekly group run from The Forum every Monday. New runners are always welcome and we never leave anyone behind. You can also have our Coach Runs (https://www.goodgym.org/areas/norwich/coach-runs) and Mission Runs (https://www.goodgym.org/areas/norwich/mission-runs).
