Unreal progress in around 18months from
Dropping 16kg total over her multiple dieting phases. Hannah has yet to do a full build phase yet but has significantly increased her strength and therefore gaining muscle in this process despite not doing a high food phase / building phase. Lifts have increased significantly though with recently hitting 17.5’s on shoulder press and some good pbs on straight leg deads at 70 and a 160kg leg press. This is brilliant considering the lack of kcals to help progression. Hannah has hit every goal and target set whilst being a big character and adding to the class environment whilst being tired from the dieting and hard sessions. Pleasure to train and have at our gym!

transformation so far, 2 dieting phases in. Brilliant results from Alex, smashing her dieting phases and high food phase resulting in 10kg overall dropped on the scales, so actual figures are around 15kg fat weight dropped and around 5kg of muscle gained. Alex has been putting in the graft week in week out, improving her big lifts, with some of her most impressive lifts being straight leg deadlifting around 100kg and shoulder pressing the 25’s. Good numbers being put up when only been training with us for around 18 months, starting from not to much weight training experience. Impressive results and numbers from Alex. With one more cut phase planned to go for the competitor type look. One more phase of around 5kg to lose for this look overall. Each goal is mapped out fully here at physique fit. That’s why we are the only gym where you get the physical results you didn’t think were possible. Amazing work Alex we are so proud of you.

gaining around 12kg naturally within just under a year with us and whilst working with 1-2-1’s with . Staying around 6mm on the abs the whole time which means very minimal bodyfat gained from start to finish which is remarkable.
The main emphasis on gaining this amount of muscle has come from increasing strength via the mechanics of the lift, increasing stability and changing techniques. This meant an increase of strength from around 100kg bench touch and go to a 140kg paused bench (powerlifting technique) as well as almost doubling big lifts like rack pulls and bent over rows. Couple this with a big amount of food and increased water with creatine and this is the result of a years hard work. The plan moving forward will be more growth as well as an improvement in composition at some point which isn’t needed yet as he is still sitting pretty lean at this point. Excited for much more to come with Dan as his work ethic and attitude towards training is great so improvements will keep on coming, great work Dan.

We are hiring a PT to join our team.
Essential to the role is for the individuals main focus of there training ethos to be centred around weight training and ideally bodybuilding methods of training. You will be trained around the methodology of and you will be working off of a set of principles and education from myself this Is important to the role. The position itself is flexible and on a class rate basis with good rates of pay. There are many options within the business model if you are an existing pt with clientele but in order to work within the brand you will have to pass brand standards and operate within these guidelines. What comes with the role is a fully equipped model to build PT’s careers which has already been done on multiple occasions, giving PTs access to 100’s of members/clients and marketing which will gain you PT clients and get them results within a proven business model. Interviews and trials will commence the week of the 30th June.

review of our gym. Danny is a big part of the physique fit community and is smashing his goals currently on his diet phase. Over 7kg down with another 4kg to go. Danny has come on a journey of knowledge, from strength training, diet and injury and biomechanics management and has continued that with ongoing learning with pt . Danny is always the centre of the laughs at physique fit in every class and we are so proud to have him as we are all our members.

7 WEEK TRANSFORMATION! 🙌🏽
Here is a progress photo of one of our members who attends our small group PT classes.
Louise attends 4 classes a week consisting of two upper and two lower classes.
On the left is a picture of when Louise joined physique fit, she was currently sitting at 66.6kg and the photo on the right is now where she is sitting at 64kg. With her 100% effort to training and diet Louise has managed to gain muscle and lose fat during this phase which is only possible within a first dieting cycle when training to a new stimulus. She does have an extensive training background and very good muscle development becuase of it, but the results have come from extreme effort within a bodybuilding approach with us that she has committed to 100% as well as sticking to the diet perfectly, so she has got out what she put in. Within this transformation rough calculations would say that she has lost 7-10lbs of fat with a net loss of 5lbs so loose calculations would say a few lbs of increased lean tissue from a combination of muscle, glycogen and water weight.
This is a phenomenal transformation which is not normal progress and is extremely impressive. Louise has very good training experience and genetics and her body has responded in the best way possible to our bodybuilding approach.
Everyone’s genetics are different and some people may not see results as drastic as this in a 7 week time frame but this is a very good example of the work we do and how our expert programming with diet and training will build muscle and lose bodyfat (seperate goals) quicker than can be achieved anywhere.
These sort of results are not possible if the client does not put in the work, Louise puts in 100% effort in every session and has an elitist mindset, she has followed her diet plan to a T since she started her journey with us.
If you do this work us you can expect incredible results too.
We are extremely excited and proud to see what is yet to come from her as she now transitions into her new muscle building phase👏🏽
