The work doesn’t stop when you leave the treatment room.

Rehabilitation exercises are an important part of recovery, helping you build strength, improve movement and gradually get back to the activities that matter to you.

At Recover Physio, we’ll create a personalised rehabilitation programme based on your assessment and show you exactly what to work on between appointments. As you progress, we can adapt and develop your exercises so they continue to challenge you at the right level.

Treatment in the clinic. Progress outside it.

Ready to get moving again? Book an assessment with the Recover Physio team.

Meet Oliver 👋

Oliver is one of our Physiotherapists at Recover, specialising in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and helping patients with both short and long-term problems. Before joining the team, he gained significant experience working in acute care at the Norfolk & Norwich Hospital.

For Oliver, good physiotherapy isn’t just about treating the symptoms. He’s passionate about helping you understand what’s happening, why it’s happening and what you can do to prevent it from becoming a recurring problem.

With an MSc in Physiotherapy and BSc (Hons) in Athletic Rehabilitation and Therapy, Oliver works with each patient to create a personalised treatment plan built around their recovery and goals.

If you’ve got an injury, persistent pain or a niggle that won’t quite disappear, book an appointment with Oliver and the Recover team.

If an ache, pain or recurring niggle has been holding you back, now’s a good time to get it looked at.

At Recover Physio, we’ll carefully assess how you’re moving, identify what’s causing the problem and create a treatment and rehabilitation plan tailored to you.

Your first visit to Recover Physio — what can you expect?

It starts with a conversation. We’ll take the time to understand what’s been happening, what’s causing you problems, and what you want to get back to.

From there, your physio will assess things like movement, strength, mobility and function to help identify the root of the problem.

You’ll then leave with:
• A clearer understanding of what’s going on
• A personalised treatment and recovery plan
• Exercises and advice to continue at home
• Clear goals to work towards

Everything is tailored to you, and you’re in control throughout the assessment.

Ready to start your recovery? Book your initial assessment with Recover Physio today.

🎾 Wimbledon starts today!

Whether you’re inspired to dust off the racket or you’re already playing regularly, racket sports are fantastic for fitness—but they also place unique demands on the body.

Quick changes of direction and explosive movements can increase the risk of:
🦶 Ankle sprains
🦵 Knee pain, including patellar tendon issues
💪 Shoulder strains and rotator cuff injuries
🎾 Elbow problems such as tennis elbow

The good news? Many of these injuries can be prevented with the right preparation, mobility work, strength training and recovery.

If you’re carrying a niggle or want to stay on court all summer, our team at Recover Physio can help with expert assessment, treatment and tailored rehabilitation to keep you playing at your best.

The sunshine is finally here, and for many of us that means more running, cycling, tennis, golf, walking, and outdoor exercise.

While it’s great to stay active, sudden increases in activity — combined with the heat — can put extra stress on your muscles, joints, and tendons.

A few simple tips:
💧 Stay hydrated
🏃 Build activity levels gradually
🤸 Don’t skip your warm-up
😴 Prioritise recovery and rest

If you’re starting to notice aches, pains, or recurring niggles, don’t ignore them. Early intervention can often prevent a small issue becoming a bigger injury.

At Recover Physio, we’re here to help you stay active, move well, and enjoy everything summer has to offer.
