I know we aren't due to be in until Monday but a heads up incase anyone was thinking about going during the week

We respectfully ask for your patience whilst we continue to assist with the investigation into the incident at the Sportspark and the pool will remain closed during this time. We understand this may have an impact on user access and we will communicate further with our members as soon as we are able.

I then am not around until the 6th January as I have got my kids for a belated christmas. If there is anything urgent drop me a message and I'll see what I can sort out, otherwise i shall be mainly acting like a Pirate and a Child :D

Dear all.

Unfortunately due to a great Yarmouth swimming club gala at the deep end of the pool City of Norwich have booked the shallow end for their training. So we hsve no training Saturday morning.

Lots of great results leading into the Upcoming Nationals at the end of this month.
The Club is growing and there is still a brilliant buzz at the training sessions and I hear that everyone was supportive of everybody at Newmarket yesterday.

The East Region Open Championships takes place on 19th July at Whittlingham.
This is a very good event for new and seasoned open water swimmers and offers a pleasant setting for spectators too. There are several events throughout the day.

The event is under ASA rules so no wetsuits are allowed.

There are several events through the day (see below). The 800m includes a novice event.

All entries need to be submitted by your club so if you would like to participate please submit your forms to Josh or Josie along with your cheques made out to East Anglian Swallow Tails SC. Forms must be with Josie or Josh by 15th June.

Just to confirm I checked with uea yesterday with uea and the pool is open. So tomorrow's swim is on. I will post on here if this changes at all tonight
