Yoga/Pilates/Fitness class at the Norman Centre, Norwich This is for all ages and abilities - everyone is welcome. Age 16+ only.
Using yoga, pilates and fitness moves this class is all about building your body confidence by helping you feel stronger and more flexible. I will help you to learn how to listen to your body and get the best out of it, by showing modifications for all the moves so you can feel in control and work at the pace that's right for you. Reminder that Fitness Yoga is on every Thursday evening at the Norman Centre in Norwich, just £5 per session, pay as you go. For your fiver, you get:

Hello all, very pleased to say as of Thursday 20th May we are back! One hour class at the Norman Centre every Thursday from 8-9pm. Current rules regarding masks and social distancing are in place while moving around the building, and class numbers will remain limited to allow for good spacing between mats. (Please note I am currently not able to lend mats, so you will need to bring your own)
There are a few spaces available so feel free to contact me if you would like any further info
So happy to be able to say Fitness Yoga will be back on Thursday 3rd September! We will be folowing Norman Centre guidelines for Covid-19 safety. I will no longer be able to lend mats, and class size will be limited to 12 people to allow for social distancing, so please message me to check availability if you are coming for the first time.
