Tonight we said goodbye to Wednesdays Rage class at City Academy Norwich 👋
There is no Wednesday class next week & on the 1st July we resume with a new time & new venue 🥳
7pm - 8pm The Fisher Centre for Performing Arts, CNS, Eaton Road, NR4 6PP
Mondays class is staying the same until August.

On the 19th June will be going for 2 years 🥳
We celebrated tonight by bringing the first playlist back....& eating cake!
I want to thank all those awesome people that have supported me over these past 2 years & although some of you couldn't make it tonight, you were there in spirit 💜
Also a huge thank you to my rockfit roadie for being at almost every classs & reminding me of the moves when I forget them 🫢
Tonight we also had some news that Sarah & Robbie got engaged last week when they were on holiday ❤️👏🥳

Heading home after Download Festival, just in time for tonight's class🤘
Had another great RockFit session yesterday & discovered some killer legs & arms tracks my class will hate me for!!
Some great bands yesterday including Mammoth, Bloodywood, Ice Nine Kills, Bad Omens, Linkin Park & of course Skindred as the secret set.
We will be celebrating two years of RockFit with Asha ❨Norwich❩ tonight & there may be cake 🤔 🎂 🎈🥳
