Through functional & sport specific training's we strive for the athlete to achieve their potential. If you are looking for contest judo, I can tell you I don't teach it. But what I do have are a very particular set of skills, skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. I only teach Judo kata now coupled with a Strength & Conditioning programme.

Nowadays, there are two types in the room…

Those chasing belts, badges, and validation.
And those chasing numbers, power, and ego.

But there’s a third group.

The ones who just want to train.
Hard. Consistent. Purposeful.

No noise. No shortcuts. No pretending.

They’re not here for status.
They’re not here for show.

They train to become stronger humans—
physically, mentally, and under pressure.

This group?

The most important of all.
And the most overlooked.

..“I’m not using kettlebells to replace judo. I’m using them to load the same positions you use in throws.
Swings teach hip snap and posture.
Get-ups teach shoulder stability under movement.
Carries build grip and connection from the floor to your hands.
It’s basically uchikomi against resistance, without smashing your joints.
When you go back on the mat, those positions feel stronger and safer.”
