Our new online booking system has been live for a week! 🎉
We’re excited for you to experience our new system and the improvements it will bring. Here's a reminder of how to access your new account, if you are experiencing any issues or have any questions, please let one of the team know.
Getting started - Leisure members 👇
Before accessing the new system for the first time, you’ll need to reset your password:
1. Visit our new online booking portal, GoBook, via the link below
2. Select Log in
3. Select Forgotten password
4. Enter the email address linked to your account
5. Follow the instructions in the email you receive - check your junk folder if you cant see this

Accessing your account 👇
Once you’ve reset your password, you can make bookings and manage your account online through GoBook or via our new streamlined app, which will be available to download very soon.
Swim School members 👉 Managing your Swim School account and viewing progression can be done via HomePortal. To access this, follow the link below and follow the 'Forgotten Password' steps to access your account.
