Struggling with aches and pains in your neck, shoulders or low back?

I'd always recommend some regular strength and mobility training, like Pilates or Yoga, as a long term solution.

Sometimes there are just areas of deeper tension that are held in the muscles, which could be through over use or habitual movement patterns, or due to work/lifestyle environments.

This is where a Sports Therapy Treatment could be beneficial in reducing pain and improving range of movement ☺️

I use various and specific techniques that can target the smaller deeper muscles, trigger points and fascia in the back, glutes, neck and shoulders, to improve range of movement and release tension that could be causing pain.

I got booked up quickly for August and I'm now taking remaining bookings for September.

My new fitness timetable is launching on Monday the 10th of October, and I am very excited to bring classes back to Hellesdon Community Centre after two and a half years away! My fitness business started there 12 years ago and I can't wait to welcome clients back there. Check out my full timetable below which includes live Pilates and Zumba classes as well as online classes for those preferring to work out from home, but with all the same great benefits of an in-person class. My low back pain clients who want to be pain free and get healthy have been asking me…

“Are you ever going to open up The “Freedom From Pain To Fitness” programme again?”

A few weeks ago, I hand selected 7 women who were struggling with low back pain, weight loss and how to get moving and active without the fear of injury or being able to stick to a diet.

I worked with them closely for 6 weeks…

There was blood, sweat and tears (from me AND them!)

I’m so proud of their incredible results…

Just like Jane, who went from not having the confidence to go for long walks because of fear of pain and not believing in diets, calorie counting or structure, to smashing every daily exercise session, attending every live class and making small habit changes in her diet. This led to her feeling strong and confident in her body with no back pain or fear of injury anymore. She is doing long power walks, gardening and has lost inches all over!

… Or Sharon, who wanted to get fitter, free from low back pain and lose weight. At the beginning of the challenge she wasn’t sure what she was doing wrong, as she had a healthy diet and was doing Pilates twice a week. This had already helped her come so far, but after getting stuck into the 6 week challenge she is now walking at least 7km without back pain and she has lost 9lbs, inches all over and lowered her BMI, by just following the nutrition guidance and coaching that she received in the challenge.
