Race Morning Reminder ๐โโ๏ธโฐ
Please make sure you allow plenty of time in the morning to get everything sorted before the start.
Give yourself time to:
๐ Park
๐ฝ Collect your race number (if needed)
๐ป Use the loo
๐โโ๏ธ Make your way to the start line
A couple of quick reminders:
๐ Please bring your own safety pins for your race number
๐ฎ Bring your race number with you if it was posted to you
๐ There will be no bag drop available
Please be ready at the start line by 08:50, ready to go for the 9:00am start.

Race Day Tomorrow โ Parking Reminder ๐โโ๏ธ๐
With race day tomorrow, please remember to allow plenty of time to park and walk to Race HQ so you arrive relaxed and ready for the start.
Competitor parking is available at:

All competitor parking is first come, first served, as these car parks are also open to the public on race day (although itโs usually very quiet early on a Sunday morning).
๐ถโโ๏ธ Both car parks are around a 10-minute walk to Race HQ on Whitlingham Lane, so please give yourself plenty of time to get parked and make your way over before the start.

๐ซ Parking Reminder โ Whitlingham Lane ๐ซ
With the Trowse 10k just around the corner, a friendly reminder that there will be no parking along Whitlingham Lane from 5:30pm Saturday 14th until 11am Sunday 15th to help keep the race route clear and safe for runners and spectators.
Please make sure vehicles are moved before then if you usually park there.
Our good friends at Norfolk Recovery Services are on standby to help keep the road clear if needed.
