After winning the Great Yarmouth Half Marathon, the Waveney Valley AC runner signed off her Sportlink Grand Prix Series campaign with victory at the Dereham 10.

The final race in what has been an epic 2026 Sportlink Grand Prix Series.

From the first race to today, it has been a brilliant year of racing, clubs, volunteers, PBs, comebacks, finish-line stories and proper Norfolk running community spirit.

Now it all comes down to Dereham.

Adie will be there on the Sportlink stall with any last-minute race-day items you might need, and Sportlink TV will be out capturing the final episode of this year’s series.

So pace smart, race well and make it one to remember.

A hard-fought win in the heat for Rose Nicholson 👏

The Waveney Valley AC runner came out on top in the women’s race at the Great Yarmouth Half Marathon - but she had to work for it.

With Samantha Jeffries and Katie King chasing behind, Rose admitted afterwards she was “running scared”.

Late drama at the Great Yarmouth Half Marathon 👀

William Lunn-Pigula took victory in the penultimate race of the Sportlink Grand Prix Series - but only after the race changed dramatically at around 11 miles.

There was also a Norfolk County Championship title for John Hudson after a strong battle at the front.

The Great Yarmouth Half Marathon is this Sunday - and Sportlink can’t wait to be there 👟

Race 11 in the Sportlink Grand Prix Series is also the penultimate race of this year’s series, so things are really starting to hot up.

We’ll be there in association with 361°, with a special race-day offer on the brilliant 361° Lynx trail shoe.

From fast 5Ks to tough 10Ks, seaside miles, village races, PBs, comebacks, club battles, brilliant volunteers and plenty of finish-line stories - the 2026 series has had a bit of everything.

But we’re not done yet - there are still two races to go:

Danny Adams is back moving in the right direction 👏

The City of Norwich AC runner won the Worstead 5 in 25:20 at race 10 of the 2026 Sportlink Grand Prix Series - continuing his return to form after a frustrating spell out injured.

There was also another superb run from Leanne Finch of Bure Valley Harriers, who made it three wins in this year’s series after taking the women’s race in 29:39.

Runners also had the chance to try and race in some of On’s premium shoes thanks to the On event van being at Worstead.
