This is what the Sportlink Grand Prix Series is all about 👏
Meet Jen and Chloe - two of our VAGA spot prize winners from Sunday’s Humpty Dumpty 10K.
Both are new to road running, and this was one of the first events they had entered.
Safe to say, they absolutely loved the day.
A huge well done to them both - and thanks to VAGA for supporting the race with some brilliant on-the-spot prizes.
We love seeing new runners getting involved in local events and becoming part of the Norfolk running community.

What a return to racing 👏
Samantha Jeffries’ last race before becoming a mum was the Humpty Dumpty 10K.
Her first race back?
The same event.
And she won it.

Three wins in the Sportlink Grand Prix Series 👏
Martyn Bath completed his hat-trick with victory at the Humpty Dumpty 10K - but admitted this one was far from easy.
With Neil Adams hunting him down and marathon fatigue still in the legs, the Norwich Road Runners athlete had to dig deep to take the win.

Did you know why it’s called the Humpty Dumpty 10K?
The race takes its name from the Humpty Dumpty Brewery in Reedham, which has historically sponsored the event.
So yes - it’s a proper Norfolk race with a proper local story behind it.
This year’s Humpty Dumpty 10K is Race 9 in the Sportlink Grand Prix Series and also hosts the Norfolk County Championship 10K.
There are still places available, but don’t leave it too late.
There will also be on-the-spot prizes of VAGA hats on race day.

Last year’s Humpty Dumpty 10K winners knew how to get it done 👏
Logan Smith and Rose Nicholson took the honours in 2025 - who will follow them this year?
The Humpty Dumpty 10K is now more than 80% full, but if you’re quick, you might still be able to squeeze your name onto the start list.
Race 9 in the Sportlink Grand Prix Series takes runners on a gently undulating course along country lanes through Reedham, Limpenhoe and Freethorpe.
A proper Norfolk road race.
A strong field.
Another chance to pick up Sportlink GP points.
And some on-the-spot prizes from VAGA on race day.
Don’t leave it too late.
