Porridge, manuka honey and cinnamon.
Remember, carbs are not evil!

Get rid of fat! Post 1 « Personal Training Norwich If you want a calorie deficit (which you do to get rid of fat), cutting back from a lot of food to a medium amount is easier to do than cutting back from a medium amount to a small amount.
Just so you know, 2 sets of 15 isn't strength training. It's endurance training. Try a classic true strength protocol instead like 5 sets of 5.
It works.
100 calories of spinach has a different fat loss effect to 100 calories worth of dairymilk. All calories are not equal. So it's not as simple as more out than in. Quality food first.
