Paw Pilates

🐶💛 One of my favourite things about Puppy Pilates is seeing how much people relax as the session goes on.

Everyone arrives with busy minds, to-do lists and lots going on, and an hour later they're smiling, laughing and surrounded by puppies 🐶

It's such a lovely atmosphere every time.

Summer dates are now live for Norwich, King's Lynn and Cambridge, and we'd love to welcome some new faces along 💛

🐶💛 One of my favourite comments after Puppy Pilates is:

"When is the next one!"

Between the puppy cuddles, laughter and gentle Pilates, the hour always seems to fly by.

From Norwich yesterday to King's Lynn today, we've had lots of puppy cuddles, smiles and wonderful people joining us.
