We are a non-profit volunteer group. With multiple years of experience within Choi Kwang Do. We are based in the Nr5 area of Norwich.
Our aims are to make ladies aware of their surroundings and how to defend themselfs if in an unsafe situation.

Today has been amazing 😍😍 and even more ladies came interested in joining as we were finishing our 1st session 😍😍
✈️Ladies todays the day we fly to India 🇮🇳 Thankyou for all the support we have had for this adventure 💜 We will miss you all dearly while we are away 💜
Missing these classes like mad 😔 but the count down has started only 5 more sleeps until Ladies-Self-defense goes to India 🇮🇳
Hey ladies, unfortunately I have got to rest due to a trapped nerve in my back, and with school holidays next week and work being done on the venue we train in the week after and then our trip to India there will be no classes until March 20th 😢 sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Sorry ladies there will be no Ladies-Self-defense class today 😢
