If you are aged 40-74, you could be eligible for a free NHS Health Check. They can tell you whether you're at higher risk of getting certain health problems, such as heart disease, diabetes, kidney disease and stroke.

As well as establishing your risk, we can show you ways to lower your risk!

Even if you feel a bit nervous about finding out your readings our Health Check Practitioners will put you at ease and help you understand the results
