We are hosting a week of taster sessions next week for the start of second semester! If you want to try triathlon, or just come for a friendly swim run or spin session please sign up using the link in our bio! Message our instagram if you have any questions😊

🚴‍♀️Spin- meet in reception of Sportspark and we will show you to the studio!

🏃🏻‍♂️Track- meet by the seating on the side of the track!

🏃Thursday trot- meet outside Sportspark

Join us next Friday for a challenge and lots of fun, in memory of our member Mohammed Farraj. Open to people of all abilities, perfect if you’ve never done a triathlon before! Tickets are £5 and all proceeds will go to Mohammed’s Water Project.

Ready to dive into uni life with a splash, pedal, and sprint? 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Join the UEA Triathlon Team for a Freshers’ Run! The plan is for there to be two separate pace groups (6:00/km & 4:45/km) but these are subject to change depending on attendance. There is a 10k route (on the right of the post) and a 4k route (on the left of the post) so choose which ever you feel most comfortable with! 🌟

Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just looking to have fun, this is your chance to meet new people, stay active, and discover what we’re all about (whilst finding all the best local running routes!) 💙💛

Meet the committee 2024/25! We are exciting to announce we will be merging with UEA Cycling this year, so our committee will be working along side the cycling committee🚴‍♀️we’re busy behind the scenes getting ready for the start of term👀

Well done to all our Tri-athletes who took part in the BUCS standard in June, everyone did amazing! We are already getting excited for the new year, stay posted for updates 👀‼️

Keep your eyes peeled for an email from us closer to the time asking for a projected 300m swim time (there will be guidance on this in the email), then again for your wave time and more key info for the day!

Because we just can’t stop with the This UEA Girl can opportunities, we’ve teamed up with to offer a free girls-only ride on the 25th of March!

The plan for Saturday 25th is chill vibes, sun (🤞) and a cafe stop halfway 🍰
We will post more info about the ride here and on our Facebook closer to the time!

If you don’t have a road bike, we have 3 available - simply message us to arrange to use one on a club ride!

UEA tri are very excited to announce our annual in-house super sprint triathlon will be on the 17th of March 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♀️
As well as being a great opportunity for our members to get some practise doing multi-sport events, we’ve decided to open it up to everyone! 🤩

We are planning for this to be part of the Do Something Different scheme with UEA sport and we would also love to see as many as our wonderful alumni as possible! 💪💪
