The lions institute is an evolution of the #3lionsacademy, which was based in Putney, South West london. After training gymnastics i was introduced to parkour. After a few years i qualifed in coaching freestyle gymnastics, and started introducing certain aspects of martial arts into the programme. Over the next 10 years i developed and implimented personalised development programnes for children as young as 18 months all the way to my eldest client of 73 years old.
