You can choose from one-to-one sessions or group workouts. And I now also offer online sessions. So you can find a personal fitness plan that suits your lifestyle, your diary and your budget.
My sessions are varied and fun. You will grow in confidence and develop a healthy relationship with exercise and your body. After each session you will learn to love yourself that little bit more!

Selce in partnership with Clarice Fitness and St Hugh’s Community Centre are working together to deliver an energy advice workshop as part of Clarice Fitness’ free wellbeing workshops. Our free workshops involve:
- Impartial advice on how to pay less for your electricity and gas
- Advice on heating systems and thermostats from our Heat Doctors
- Looking through some discounts and grants you may be entitled to
- Going through the energy and water-saving measures that we install in your home
discussions on smart meters, carbon monoxide, and more!

We’ve come to the end of our HAF programme, and what a fantastic experience it’s been!
The children enjoyed a variety of hot, nutritious meals, so much so that many came back for second and even third helpings! 🍽️
It was amazing to see them so open to trying new foods, including a range of vegetables served with every meal without a single complaint.
A truly rewarding experience, bringing smiles, full plates, and positive eating habits. 💛
A big highlight this year was the positive impact of our signposting flyers for parents and carers. These resources proved incredibly valuable in helping families discover additional support, local services, and opportunities available to them—especially at a time when so many of us are feeling the pressure of the rising cost of living. It’s so important that parents and carers feel informed and supported, and these flyers are a simple but powerful way to make that connection.
